Sweet Krew...

Once upon a time there was a little mongrel named Krew. Krew was a master sneak and kleptomaniac so he snuck into the cupboard and stole mom's stash of hershey kisses. Then shimmied down from the cupboards crawled over to his highchair, (because although he is a thief he has good manners and knows that he isn't suppose to eat on the carpet) they he began to stuff his face. His parents although mad and disgruntled by his disobedience decided to capture this event on camera so that they could hold it over his head for the rest of his life.

(P.S. This story is purely a lie... except for Krew being a master ninja! We actually had to give him prunes to loosen his stool a bit!)

Rub-a-Dub-Dub...

These are some photos that we recently took of Krew while he was in the bath tub! He pretty much demands one every day now and he recognizes the word "BATH" because every time that we say it he smiles real big and sprawls out so that we can take off all of his clothes. He gets sooooo stickin' excited and he loves to just lye down with his ears under the water splashing until he is to tired to keep his mouth above water!!

Oma and Opa also gave him some bath toys for Christmas that he doesn't really pay much attention to but we are sure that he will love them eventually. In this picture they are simply playing the role of the modesty police to keep this post G rated.

And lastly this is Krew just telling mom, "Yo, Mom, where the heck is my shampoo and butt cream!!?" Anyway we are going to try and post more often so keep in touch!!

Santa's Krew!!!

This is a picture of Krew in his little Santa Hat that Oma gave him! We thought that it was pretty darn cute. When we would sing "Up on the House Top" he started giggling sooooooo hard... He had a great first Christmas and got a whole lot of presents including "Kung Fu Panda" and a whole bunch of clothes, some blocks that spell out his name and chew toys! Brandon got "The Dark Knight", Indiana Jones Monopoly, an OAT study manual by Kaplan, and a sign to hang in our game closet that reads, "Let the Games Begin". Then Diedre got 3 new shirts from New York that Gretchen picked out for her, (Thanks Gretchmonenoff, she looks friggin' HOOOOOOOTTTTTTT), some hooker boots, a Cropadile thing for Scrapbooking, and a wall decoration. We also got a new family game called "Guillotine" where the purpose is the collect the most noble heads from the days of the french revolution. It is pretty darn fun, and can't wait to play with all of you.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year

This is our cHristmas card hope you all enjoy!

So much to say

Sorry everyone, it's been a long time since we have posted anything. There is so much going on. I wish I could put on pictures but our camera cord broke and we haven't gotten the replacement yet. But things are going great for us. to kind of update everyone, We went to Kentucky for Thanksgiving to visit Brandon's Dad and had a GREAT time. I finally met Brandons Grandparents can you believe in our 2 years of marriage I never met them? We got a 4 generation picture since Krew is their only Great grandchild so far that will take on the Sloan name It was really cool to see them all together.
Brandon finished his Fall semester with straight A's!! I am so proud of him he worked so hard. He definitely deserves the grades that he got!!
Krew is now 5 months old and sitting up all by himself. He is sometimes a little wobbly but for the most part pretty good at sitting up. He is such a happy kid,he's growing up way too fast.
We are now in Posr Falls Idaho spending Christmas with Brandon's mom, There is so much snow here Brandon has had to shovel a foot of snow a day since we have been here it's crazy. But we are having fun. We took a little detour before coming here to go see my parents it was really great to see them it had been a while.
That's about it for us. hope you all have a VERY Merry Christmas!!
