Krew turns 4

Krew Turned 4 on July 7th and we had a BLAST celebrating his birthday. We had to celebrate 2 weeks early because we had to head to my brothers wedding (he got married the day before Krews birthday) So we had a really fun party with all of his friends here. The theme was the AVENGERS. Krew first had decided that he wanted a Captain america party, and then right when I had about everything planned in my head and about to go buy stuff for it he says to me "No not just Captain America I want ALL of the Avengers" So then I had to make a few changes. And I think it turned out fairly well.

We weren't able to get pictures of all the games that we played because we were so focused on the kids, We did get a few videos but I haven't loaded them on the computer yet but I will get those on soon. But, the games that we did were shooting an arrow at Locke pretending to be Hawkeye. Then we Smashed watermelons, pretending to be The Hulk, Then shooting water at each other pretending to be Iron Man. We had so much fun. I'm so glad that we could have a friend party and so grateful that his friends could come.
I just waned to take this time to write a little letter to my wonderful 4 year old......Krew you are so amazing, I'm so grateful that you are my first born. I love you very very much!! You are incredibly smart seriously you remember everything, its amazing. You will remember things that have happened so long ago it always amazes me! You are a great big brother you help out Gray and Bennett all the time. I love when i'm in a different room and I can hear you turn to Bennett and say "Bennett come here Bennett, look at this Bennett." it melts my heart, I know he loves you and really looks up to you. and when I watch you and Gray play it's so fun, Gray is your little shadow he really really looks up to you! I know he watches everything you do he wants to be so much like you!
Right now your favorite thing to play is pretending to be different characters like, the Hulk, Captain America, Wolverine, Iron man, Spiderman, etc.... and you do this by pressing an invisible button on your chest and say "Mommy/Daddy I'm not Krew anymore I'm _______" and If Daddy or I ever slip up and call you Krew you turn to us and say "ugh I'm not Krew remember I'm ______, you keep forgetting." I love it, I love to hear you pretend, You have such an amazing imagination, you must get your imagination from your dad. Another thing you get from your dad in your obsession with video games, if I let you you, you would play video games all day I'm glad that you and your dad share so many interests. You are so much like your dad and I love it, You're a little Brandon which makes your middle name so fitting. I love that you are so much like your dad!!
You now weigh 38 lbs and are 40" Tall. You have grown so much this year, it's amazing to me how fast these 4 years have gone by. It feels like just yesterday that I became a mother and held you in my arms for the first time. I am so incredibly grateful for you and that you are my child. I thank Heavenly Father for you everyday. Thank you for being such a wonderful son, You are always giving me hugs and kisses and telling me that you love me and making sure that I am doing what I promised I would do. You help me remember things all the time which is really good because I forget things a lot. I am so proud of you. You are such an amazing kid, you are so much fun. Your Dad and I LOVE you and will ALWAYS love you very much!!

Gray is 2!!!

Yes I know its been a while since Gray actually turned 2 but lets just pretend for a second that I'm not a slacker.........

Happy Birthday Grazer Blazer!! I can't believe you are already 2 we are so blessed to have you in our family!! You are such an amazing little kid. You are so loving and sweet!! You are constantly singing and dancing around the house and it always makes me smile, you are also shy about your great talent for singing and dancing. once someone complements you or even if you notice some one is looking at you (even daddy and I) you freeze up and refuse to keep going unless someone is singing with you.....remind you of anyone.....that is totally me yes I am sorry you are like your mom!! You still love to follow Krew around, where ever he goes you want to be, you are his little shadow and I love it.

See you sure love music, I'm sure there is more but I can't think of them right now

*You love to run around out side, you would rather be playing and running around than watch TV

*You love to help me out around the house, You are a very good helper especially in the kitchen you love to help me cook.

*You love food, almost all food, you don't like carrots or lettuce but I have a feeling it might be because Krew freaks out every time he sees carrots or lettuce in anything. And you like to copy Krew. Sometimes even if I ask "what do you guys want for _____ "you just copy what ever Krew says it sometimes feels like an echo I (I) Want (Want) Umm (Umm) I think it's funny.

You are 28 lbs and 35 1/2 in Tall and such an independent boy you want to do everything by yourself, Wich is good and bad at the same time. You are officially potty trained and I LOVE IT!!! I know I started potty training you a little young but it worked out for the best and I'm so glad!

You are also a shadow to your dad. Everyday that he goes to school you want to run out side as he's driving away just so you can blow him kisses one more time. And if you ever have the option to do anything with mommy or anything with daddy you will always choose Daddy hands down. It comes in handy a lot.

Gray I love you so much!! You are such an amazing Kid and I feel so blessed to be your mother. I'm so glad that you are in our family and that I get to spend everyday with you. I cherish each moment I spend with you. You bring so much joy into my life and I thank Heavenly father EVERYDAY that he blessed me with you!

The birthday party!!

He had a combined Cars birthday party with his best friend Grant they are 3 weeks apart in age (when they are together Gray just follows Grant around doing everything he does. His little shadow He certainly in a follower. ) Grants mother and I planned the whole thing together. It was so much fun to plan and put together. Thanks Amy for all that you did. Also a special thanks to Aunt Emily My wonderful sister in-law who helped me put up all the decorations the night before.
